What exactly is 'natural wine'?
Natural wine is made from grapes farmed organically or biodynamically, fermented with native yeasts, and produced without additives or heavy filtration. Our selection focuses on low-intervention winemaking that respects the land.
How do you ship the wine to ensure it stays fresh?
We use specialized, reinforced packaging to protect the bottles during transit. During extreme temperatures, we may offer weather holds or insulated shipping options to ensure your wine arrives in perfect condition.
Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?
Yes. By law, all alcohol shipments require the signature of an adult aged 21 or older. We recommend shipping to a business address or a local pickup point if you will not be home during the day.
Can I return a bottle if I don't like it?
Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns on wine. However, if your bottle is corked or damaged during shipping, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
Do you offer a wine club or subscription?
Yes! The MYSA Natural Wine Club offers monthly or quarterly deliveries curated by our experts, featuring rare finds and exclusive bottles not available in our standard shop.
Are your wines vegan-friendly?
The vast majority of our selection is vegan. Unlike conventional wines that use animal-derived fining agents like egg whites or gelatin, natural winemakers typically leave the wine unfiltered or use mineral-based alternatives.
